DinoLand Enhancements

I know it might be hard to beleive it, but yes, there was a time when DinoLand was more underwhelming than what it currently is now. Before Chester and Hester came in, there were a few attractions/exhibits that occupied the space. They weren't bad attractions by any means, it was just a small area that wasn't fleshed out. But, now that we have a more complete DinoLand (and yes, it isn't perfect), these exhibits will get to return to the land for the year as a 3rd revived attraction!

The area with the exhibits will be over towards DINOSAUR. They will fall in the scientific Dino research theme more than carnival, making it fit more over there. In addition, fleshing out this part of DinoLand will help crowd control. Looking towards the DINOSAUR building, the exhibits will be built to the left (look on a park map, towards the east).

The two main areas that once closed for DinoRama were the Cretacious Trail and the 1999 Dinosaur Jubilee. On the Cretacious Trail, guests can discover plant and animal species that have survived since prehistoric times. They can even encounter Dino-Sue now here, the replica of the largest T-Rex ever found! At the 2021 Dinosaur Jubilee, just like before, many authentic dinosaur fossils stay here for guests to learn about and enjoy. This building also has an EPCOT-style edutainment vibe to it, as there are real Grad Students that are studying in the fields of archeology and paleantology working, studying, presenting, and researching here all a part of a special sector of the DCP.

With all of the new Dinosaur activities avaliable, this part of the celebration is sure to be one of the greatest blasts from the past Disney has ever done!
