Disneyland Resort Paris
At Disneyland Resort Paris, guests are welcome to join in a resort wide expansion from a galaxy far, far away. Guests will now be able to visit the Worlds of Tatooine and Hoth, both respectively at Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney Studios Paris. Both lands will be connected via a once in a lifetime, exclusive attraction to Disneyland Resort Paris: Kessel Run Challenge.
Tatooine
Past the far reaches of Frontierland, guests can now travel beyond the galaxy to one of the most famed planets from the Star Wars franchise, Tatooine. Tatooine is divided into two minilands: Mos Eisley and The Jundland Wastes.
What makes Paris’ Tatooine different from its American cousins is that it is entirely enclosed in the largest show building Walt Disney Imagineering has built to date! When you come inside the building from the harsh storms from the winters of France, come inside the world of Tatooine and embark on classic adventures, all while watching a double sunset of the planet’s twin suns.
Mos Eisley
Jedi Training Academy will be relocated from it’s previous Discoveryland base to a much larger, much more elaborate show in Tatooine.
Disneyland Railroad Scene Expansion
The Disneyland Paris Railroad will now enter a valley where they encounter Tusken Raiders who start an avalanche of rocks right above guest’s heads. This will sure be an amazing experience with the latest audio-animatronics, screens, and effects, sure to make anyone not only want to visit Tatooine, but ride the updated Disneyland Railroad to catch a glimpse of this spectacular scene. .
Luke Skywalker, C-3P0 and R2-D2, and Darth Vader will all get their respective Meet and Greets. Stormtroopers will be “Walk-Around” characters, interacting with guests.
Star Tours will be relocated from it’s previous Steampunk base as Star Tours: The Adventure Continues in Tatooine.
Kessel Run Challenge

Ride the famous hyperspace route in the Millennium Falcon with Han Solo and Chewbacca as they travel form Tatooine to Hoth (A new land at Walt Disney Studios Paris). You can also go back and experience travel from Hoth to Tatooine.
This attraction features new technology produced by WDI to give guests a sense of actually being in the Millennium Falcon to travel to Hoth. The hybrid technology of a monorail’s transportation blends the sense of excitement from KUKA arm technology with the theming applied with video screens to take guests to a land far, far away.
This attraction is also the first to connect the Disneyland Paris Park with it’s neighbor park Walt Disney Studios Paris. This is giving hope that Paris resort visitors will spend not only more time at the resort, but also give an increased revenue due to the purchase of a park hopper to experience this attraction.

This attraction mixes interactive technology from Sorain' and KUKA technology to simulate a Pod race on Tatooine.

Hoth
Discover the icy planet of Hoth from The Empire Strikes Back. Hoth will partially take up the previous Backlot of Walt Disney Studios Paris, closing down Moteurs... Action! Stunt Show Spectacular, and re-theming Rockin’ Rollar Coaster Starring Aerosmith, and a replacement for Armageddon – Les Effets Speciaux. (The Wampa Encounter). This also brings a re-theme to Blockbuster Café as The Rebel Hanger table service restaurant.
Wampa Encounter
Join the secret rebel alliance base as they study Wampas, which are currently being held in confinement at the base. Guests are seated in harnesses within a trapezoid shaped chamber with all chairs pointed to the “Testing” station. A power outage then sends the chamber into total darkness as guests sit helplessly restrained in their seats as the giant Wampa escapes. A rebel operative attempts to restore the power, but is mauled as the Wampa’s roar is shot throughout the lab. Much of this will take place in total darkness and will rely on guests' senses to detect the ongoing antics.
Snowspeeder Attack
As a Retheme of Rockin’ Rollar Coaster Starring Aerosmith, guests can ride in snowspeeders (ride vehicle re-theme) and battle against Imperial AT-AT walkers on Hoth.
Leia, Han Solo, and Chewbacca will all get their respective Meet and Greets on Hoth.
